Families and children are a treasured part of our congregation. Children join us in worship each Sunday with their families and are invited forward for a special Children's Message that engages them in the day's Scripture and lesson. We believe church is a place where every generation worships, learns, and grows together.
Join Sunday Worship
We invite you to join our church family every Sunday at 10:00 a.m., either in person or online, for a welcoming service filled with worship, music, prayer, Scripture, and a message that inspires faith and hope. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. After worship, we invite you to linger over coffee and fellowship in the Parish Hall, where friendships are formed and visitors are always warmly welcomed.
Our Story
Founded in 1735, The Congregational Church in Killingworth has faithfully served our community for nearly 300 years. From our earliest meetinghouse to our historic white church on Route 81, generations have gathered here to worship, celebrate life's joys, support one another, and answer God's call to serve. Today, as a congregation of the United Church of Christ, we continue that legacy by welcoming all who seek a place to belong, grow in faith, and share Christ's love with the world.
